Information Regarding the Release of Schedules
The Riverside Township School District Administration and Staff are excited to welcome back students for the 2023-2024 school year. Please be aware that student schedules will be available on the Genesis Parent Portal platform as of August 21, 2023.
To access student schedules, parents need to complete the forms posted in Genesis. These forms include but are not limited to:
- 1:1 Chromebook Program- Student Guidelines
- Handbook Acknowledgement
- Photo release form - 1 form for Elementary and Middle School, two forms for High School
- Medical Information Form
- Online Free and Reduced Lunch Application
- Walking trips
You can find these forms on the Genesis Parent Portal platform under the forms tab. This tab can be found at the top of the page. The Student Handbook can be found in the quick links section on each school's designated website. Please ensure your contact information is current before you leave the program.
Please be advised that Guardian emails cannot be changed through Parent Portal, as they are linked to your Genesis Parent Portal Account. If you need your email changed, please contact Erika Johnson, Central Registrar 856-461-1255 x1196.
The mailing address can only be changed through the Central Registration office.
If you need to add a contact, add/delete a phone number, or add/remove pick-up permission, these can all be added or changed in the Genesis Parent Portal platform. After submitting any change, please allow 48-72 hours for the update to be reflected on your student's account.

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR ALL STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES (CARE SOLACE PROGRAM)
We are committed to the well-being of our staff, students, and families to create a safe and healthy learning environment. The district has partnered with Care Solace, a mental health care coordination service, to help students and their families connect to quality care. This is a free resource for students and their families paid for and provided by Riverside Township Public School District.
If you are seeking help with mental health or substance use, Care Solace will quickly and confidentially find available providers matched to your needs. Their Care Companion team is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and 365 days per year to quickly connect you to carefully verified providers in your community.
